The program begins with comprehensive training and understanding of the Asian traveller from a trained Anthropologist followed by a breakdown of each culture within the Asian region. We will then explore detailed traveller trends including psychological decision, greeting differentiation, cultural taboos, preferred amenities and many more. This will be supported by recent research, data and case studies of luxury travellers from the region with material catered for your business.

 

To conclude, you will create a targeted Guest Experience plan specifically built for your business and continuous guidance for 6 months from myself throughout the execution of your plan.
